As Chief Design Officer Catherine reminds us that beauty is in the details and life is in the generalities.

Though she spends time with her art and designs, Catherine knows the value of being a well-rounded person. "No one can do everything without dropping something," she tells us. Eventually everyone will forget about something important and drop a ball that they're juggling. The point she makes is to allow yourself time to just breathe. It's important to just be yourself for at least 10 minutes each day.

She have, over the years, learned the value of making sure her husband feels pampered and important despite the long hours she puts in. Life is all about balance. Blue sky wouldn't be nearly as beautiful without the pure white clouds or green grass. As colors in a painting or real life require balance, so does each aspect of our lives that we make a priority.

And when there is time left over or just when she needs a break from work and home, Catherine enjoys a few stolen moments playing video games. "There nothing quite as invigorating as slaughtering zombies when you can't possibly look at another paisley flower," Catherine informs us. Proving once again that everything requires a balance.
